TRAINING POLICIES

Substitutions: If you are unable to attend the program, you can always send a substitute - even at the last minute. Just call us at (403) 247-8042.

Payment: If you are paying by Credit Card, please register now on this website to hold your spot. To pay by e-Transfer, PayPal, invoice or other methods, please contact Richard Schultz at phone 1-403-247-8042 or email info@wisdomways.net. Full payment is due upon registration or as specified in registration material. Please contact us if this is a problem and perhaps other arrangements can be made.

Privacy: All personal information provided to WisdomWays will remain private, secure and will not be provided to any other party except by your express permission.

Please note that no refunds will be given for cancelations received less than two weeks before the program date. In fairness to all attendees, confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire fee unless WisdomWays is notified in advance. If notified in advance within the 2 week period, a credit for future training will be provided.

Program changes: WisdomWays reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or speaker(s) as necessary in response to the market conditions. Confirmed participants will be informed of any changes to the program they are scheduled to attend.

An event may be canceled by WisdomWays prior to the scheduled start if there are not enough registrants. Should the event need to be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be no reimbursement of funds and no  compensation for any expenses incurred by the registrants. In these circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for the same location as soon as possible. If the event is canceled and not postponed, registrants will receive full refunds.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Our desire is to have our clients completely satisfied with their experience of our trainings. We recognize that circumstances beyond your control can also come up. We will take extenuating circumstances into account in refund or program credit decisions. Please contact us if you have any concerns.    

Special Needs: If you have any special needs that will impact your participation in the  event such as dietary restrictions or handicaps, please inform WisdomWays when you register for the program and again when you check in on the day of the program.
