The Balanced Needs Scorecard model is an adaptation and extension of Kaplan and Norton's Balanced Scorecard. It contains both a Corporate Culture and a Society and Community Contribution category.
The Balanced Needs Scorecard is used in the Individual, Team and Corporate Culture Assessments to provide a diagnostic of the business focus of the Current and Desired Cultures of the organization.
